I told my dad about the websites he said that he would look later but I think maybe he lost hope.  I never thought I would feel sorry for my dad.  we looked at lots of homes and this is what I found out the closer the house gets to his work the more it costs and now all of the homes he might have been able to buy are gone,  the lady that was helping my dad find a house said that she was sorry but the investors were back and they are buying the houses.  She says there is no way to buy a house with out cash like them,  I dont understand why someone would buy a house they wont live in but they are mean they took two of the last cheap ones,  they even paid less than my dad was willing to pay all because they have cash and my dad had a loan. Hi,   My name is Sam I am 14, and love my dad very much, I hear the news and I know things are not good for many people.  I know that we are poor and I know that my dad works hard.   I heard my dad upset he was trying to buy a house and he does not have the money.  And he said the banks don’t want to give it to him.  He made my wish come true when he bought me a guitar.  I don’t know how he got it but he does say, “That is the best investment I have made and yet it is the only one that I am still paying for.” whatever that means he says it a lot.  I want to make my dads wish come true and I want to live with my dad in a house that he can have.  I play the guitar well, and my dads’ favorite is flamenco rumba I will play for you if you can help me make my dad wish come true.  My dad says, Dreams are things that just haven’t happened yet.  At least the good ones.” …please help… my email is flamenco.sam@gmail.com  

I did ask my dad how much the house is and he says for us we need a min of 50 thousand to get in and like 85 to 100 thousand to buy. I guess if he has any of those we can get a house.  Please help
